With the FlexAssist markings you can identify at a glance which elements can be repositioned in order to adjust the basket to your needs. Small symbols, such as a cup or a wine glass on the colored elements point out how the area can be used. At the same time, the FlexAssist markings serve as handle elements. This allows optimum basket versatility with the flick of a wrist.

Hot Water Connection
Miele appliances combine perfect cleaning and drying results with very low electricity and water consumption.
All Miele dishwashers can be connected to hot water at temperatures of up to 140°F (60°C). This reduces electricity consumption by up to 35% and program runtimes by up to 10%. In the Economy program, the energy consumption of the dishwasher is reduced to as little as 0.29 kWh.

In the Economy program, water consumption is reduced to 8.4 liters. This also means that less energy is required to heat the water, and you benefit from an energy-efficient dishwasher. The water savings are achieved through the intelligent design of the supply system and a new, highly efficient filter system. Additional insulation reduces thermal losses and thus the amount of energy required to heat the water.
Simply convenient: The original Miele cutlery tray ensures that your cutlery is cleaned gently and thoroughly. You also have the option of using the cutlery basket. The height-adjustable upper basket and the MultiComfort insert in the lower basket enable you to flexibly load dishware of all sizes so that everything is in the right place.

FlexCare Cup Rack
You can use your dishwasher with a clear conscience even when it's not full: In almost all standard programs, your dishwasher measures how many dishes are inside the chamber and precisely adapts the water consumption accordingly. With automatic load sensing, there is no longer any need to wait until the dishwasher is fully loaded.
The silicone elements ensure that items of dishware are held securely on the cup rack surface. The additional textured surface means that cups of different sizes can be placed next to each other. The cup rack is hinged and can be raised if necessary to make space for large cups and mugs.
Tested for the Equivalent of 20 Years' Use
Tested for the equivalent of 20 years’ service life: During the development phase of our dishwashers, Miele tested models and core components in 5,600 wash cycles (= 280 wash cycles per year over a period of 20 years) in various programs. Waterproof System (WPS)
WPS also features a double solenoid valve directly at the faucet. If the first valve is faulty, the second closes the inlet. The sheathed inlet hose also ensures the highest level of safety: In the event of damage to the inner hose, water flows down the outer sleeve into the floor tray.

An unbeatable combination: the QuickIntenseWash program and the perfectly matching All in 1 UltraTabs achieve the best possible cleaning and drying results on normally soiled dishware in 58 minutes, just like the PowerDisk. These specially developed tabs only take 2–3 minutes to dissolve. Thus, the cleaning performance begins right at the start of the wash cycle.
Extra Dry
Thanks to the extended drying phase and the increased final rinse temperature everything is perfectly dried, even glasses and plastic items.
