We booth this three months ago and we're pleasantly surprised by all the features. Are old one died and because of Covid we were unable to view in person. We're so happy that everything has over exceeded our expectations. The water dispenser doesn't drip like some reported. The family has really taken to the family calendar feature. We bought this refrigerator a couple of weeks ago. We are amazed by all the features and how much food storage there is. The smart features are incredible- my kids like to draw electronically on the screen, have dance parties using Amazon music app, and watch you tube videos while in the kitchen . My wife loves the feature that has expiration dates of food pop up on the screen and the ability to look inside the frig while at the grocery store. Very happy with this purchase, looking at the smart gas range and hood to go with it

Is been only a few weeks but my family loves this fridge. Is easy to keep things organized, ring cameras allow me to see who is at the door or watch my old parents waking around the yard for safety reasons without interrupting a TV program. Cooking is more fun with recipes right on the screen and music playing at the same time. My folks used to leave the door open in the old fridge but no more thanks to the door alarm. So much capacity means less trips to the grocery store. Just two suggestion for the next model, increase ice capacity so your customers don't run out when making drinks while entertaining. Allow to download apps. Overall, very happy so far.

Great features, just hope not over designed.

I have only had it a couple of weeks and mostly great. I did have one error pop up and when I contacted Samsung they said it was a "defrost" error. Since I only had a week they advised to power cycle it to reboot it. That required cycling the circuit breaker since plug not easily accessible. That worked and so far the error did not return, week so far. The discouraging thing about the error was it is it turned off the cooling. Until I could reset it, temperatures in fridge and freezer went up. If I was out of town this could have been a big problem. If that had not happened it would be 5 stars.

Very poorly designed refrigerator and ice maker

the refrigerator is beautiful and the built in tablet is functional. however, weirdly and oddly designed shelving system prohibits efficient food storage. the ice maker constantly drips water and the crushed ice dispenses cubed ice and the cubed ice dispenses crushed ice. very poorly designed ice maker. when ice is requested, water is dispensed for a second prior to ice. a technician has been dispatched and attempted to fix the problem, however, the problem persists. extremely disappointed with samsung refrigerator. i absolutely do not recommend this product to anyone!

We received this fridge a few weeks ago and were very excited to finally get it. Unfortunately most of the screen functions only work if paired to a device and the shelves do not adjust for multiple positions.

A dream come true

I had my heart set on this one and I'm so glad I held out for it. I absolutely love it. My kids love they can play baby shark on it, color on it and leave surprise messages. I love I can access Pinterest on it for my recipes. Sounds weird by one of my favorite things about it is the fact it has a door open sound. Somehow we don't shut the door all the way ALOT and it goes off to let us know. The drink drawer is great. Could be used for a cake, pizza or a huge deli drawer but we use it for drinks. Love my refrigerator everyone is jealous. I would buy it over and over.

It looks very good, and works well so far only disappointment limitation on the "Family Hub" it does not duplicate screen as advertised. Can not download apps i want, only apps pre-installed.

Finally, I Can See What's in the Fridge

I knew that I would be able to store more food but this is fridge is the best. I keep thinking it's empty but now I can organize my fridge and freezer so I can find everything. I also love seeing a slideshow of my grandkids, listen to music and so much more.

Perfect for my family!

We bought this fridge for our new home. At the store we liked all the gizmos and fun features it offered. Well, we never would have thought we would become absolutely dependent on the features. It keeps us organized. It keeps us informed on local sales. It keeps our family on track with the built in calendar. We love to listen to music on it while we are cooking as a family. We are in love with our fridge. She's part of the family now. We can not recommend her enough. Buy one. Your entire life will change for the better.

Bought this fridge and I'm totally amazed at the things it can do. I love the fact that I can look up recipes so that I can cook different meals for my family. I also love Bixby she's a great assistant and I enjoy that I can see my shoprite circular. This fridge is nothing short of amazing.

Fun features, great fridge

Decided to purchase this refrigerator because the one I originally ordered arrived damaged. My favorite things about it are the speakers because I love playing music while I'm in the kitchen and being able to control it on my phone. I like that the shelves are adjustable to fit different size groceries and leftovers. Ice maker has been great so far, I like they I can turn it on and off with my phone. I was worried the freezer was small but it isn't at all! Never had a space problem. Everything fits. Love using the flex drawer for beverages. Keeps them ice cold and organized while saving room in the french doors for food. I like that the screen has so many features although I don't use all of them as much as I could. Some feel a little underwhelming, like casting my TV screen, the aspect ratio of the fridge screen makes it look terrible so that isn't really worth it. I wish there were more variety of apps available, like on the galaxy store. I'm overall happy with this fridge!
