we bought this oven 2 1/2 yrs ago. we have had the circuit board replaced 4 times. it has gone out again. we obviously got a lemon and now its off warranty. when the oven heats properly, it's great. it just never lasts more than 6 months. this is not my first white gas stove. whatever process they use to glaze the top, it attracts food and spills. you can't just "wipe it off" like the manual says. i have never had to work so hard to keep a cooktop clean. and, like other reviewers mentioned, the rubber feet on the grates melt off within a week or two, so the grates now rock. never again.

I've had my new stove for about 3 months, and I love it. It has great choices such as bread proofing and food dehydrator. It's much easier to clean than I thought it would be. I love the way it looks in my newly renovated kitchen, and I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Better have LARGE PANS for the stovetop.

the oven and controls are great. the reason i would not buy this oven again is because the size of the burners on the stove top are too large for normal size pans. the diameter on the front two burners throw a pattern too large for all but my largest stock pot - so i can only really cook on the back two - one of which is very small and fine for small sauce pans only. i do like the center stove top burner and aluminum plate for pancakes. the oven is large and i like the function of the convection - would have been nice to get that third rack. i bought this directly from samsung and install and delivery were perfect - just wouldn't buy it again because i can only use the back two burners. miss my 20 year old ge....

I have owned thiis range for about 7 months. It is the first convection oven I have owned and I love it. The only complaint I have is that the knobs on the front of the range are a bit touchy and if you lean up against them at all, they turn and sometimes stay in a position that makes the hissing sound of the gas release. You do have to do a hard turn however to ignite.

I purchased this range approximately 6 months ago. Have had no problem with operation and function. Works beautifully. What we do not like are the cast iron grates. They cannot be washed in the dishwasher and I fear their appearance are going to deteriorate over time. Grate tines are also too far apart requiring substantial care when placing smaller pans. Other than a needed grate upgrade, fantastic range.

I absolutely love everything about this stove. The multi sized burners are great. The continuous grates make the whole stovetop usable. The sealed burners make messes easier to clean. The broiler inside the oven makes it convenient to use. The storage drawer in the bottom is perfect for storing the included griddle, along with cookie sheets, frying pans or pan lids. I could not say one bad thing about this range. It is wonderful! <3

I bought this gas range in last November. It was delivered on 12/6/2019 that was not expected as Lowe's scheduled to have it delivered on 12/09/2019. The delivery men ran away without waiting for me to come home from buying the gas adapter at the neighborhood plumbing store just on the corner of a block. However, my wife and I enjoy baking ribs and chicken legs because the range has a perfect control panel for convection baking. However, the arrangement of various size of range top cooking burners is not quite agreeable; we just have to adapt to that.

This is the most unbelievable stove we have purchased. It's simply beautiful. It cooks in half the time. We have had to reduced the flame, compared to our stove. We simply love it. There are features on this stove. We have not used yet. I can't wait until I do. Thanks Samsung.
