i paid over $600 for this product. i have only had it a little over a month. it already has a leak in the glass of the oven panel door. the first time i cleaned it, the white circle to indicate the burner size has come off. there is no handle for the tiny tin can bottom drawer. this product is cheaply made and i would not recommend samsung products to anyone. as i purchase a samsun refrigerator at the same time. they are both expensive supposedly top of the line. there refrigerator shelves cannot store a carton of milk or any tall product s they cannot be moved enough to adjust. you can only store on the side of the door which does not have enough room. the white paint is already coming off of the drawers. terrible products. if i could get my money back i would

both a regular and a convection oven, you decide which mode to use. even has a dehydration function to dry fruit. easy to see and use control panel. large oven capacity with a good size window. very happy with the purchase.

We purchased this stove at Best Buy last June. At first, we were thrilled. Then after awhile we noticed little surface scratches. We thought we had done something at first. However, we are so careful to not put anything on top of stove other than the proper Pots and pans. I got up this morning and looked and saw another little scratch. Unless a ghost is running around at night scratching it, this is crazy. We do not even set utensils on it. We use a utensil rest, even for plastic utensils. I have had this type of surface on my stoves since they came out. I have never had one scratch.

I have been around awhile and I have owned smooth top stoves since they first came on the market. I have had very very expensive, middle price range and lower price range. Some were different manufacturers. I have not had this a very long time yet, however, I read some neg comments every where from plastic knobs, to washing the top, to complaints about the fast boil. All I can say is I downloaded and read the manual before I even purchased. I went straight to Samsung.com. Best Buy had some mistakes on their description, so I called and asked Samsung. Best Buy specs said it had no clock; of course it does. BB is correcting that. It had one other error in description. It said the bottom drawer had room for pots and pans. It does not. They took from drawer to make oven bigger. I love that. The drawer fits all my lids beautifully. So, all I can say to some naysayers...read the manual first. I have had no problem. I LOVE this range. It proofs bread, it dehydrates food, it has presets for roasts etc. It has keep warm in oven and a keep warm on stove. The plastic knobs are thick and are nicer than previous stoves. Most stoves use plastic knobs. The quick boil worked great. It is not going to boil in 30 seconds. The top wipes off beautifully, if you follow the directions. You must use the proper type pans, and do not scrape pans around the surface. If it is difficult for someone to learn proper use, or do not want to; then they should get gas or the old fashion burners. I have never been so impressed (so far) with this stoveI and I have had many models. Read the instructions! I will review again when I have it several more months.

New stove just purchased and from Day 1 it makes a very loud clicking sound each time the relays turn on/off. The service technician informed me that this is a common complaint from customers and Samsung is aware. Several times within each minute that the stove top and oven is in use, there is a loud clicking sound as the stove tries to regulate temperature. Unless noise doesn't bother you, I would not suggest buying this stove. Never again Samsung!

Have only had the range 3 days, so I hope the performance continues. The control panel is very easy to use and to read. The design looks attractive in the kitchen. I have to get use to cleaning the cooktop as I first used too much cleaning agent. Since this is my first glass cooktop, I am anxious not to damage it.
