I love this dryer! It has so many features! I'm going around the house searching for items to try out the features. I'm able to dry my blankets and pillows in one setting. I love this dryer! ok, until yesterday, we were quite happy with our dryer. it was installed on 30 may 2019 and it broke down 5 july 2020...exactly 36 days after the warranty expired. now i'm going to have to pay someone to come out and fix a product that should have years of life left. have the matching washer and now am concerned about how reliable it is. i am selecting yes regarding whether i would recommend this to a friend, and only a 2 on performance since when it worked, it worked well. but reliability is not an issue.

Overall Okay Dryer, Mysterious Issues

Overall, the dryer works fine. Unfortunately it frequently makes a loud electrical buzzing sound while it's running - loud enough that it occasionally keeps us from sleeping on a different level of our home. The steam sanitize feature is great. Large loads and bedding often take several cycles to attempt to dry.
