Not a fan of the side-by-side set up but it came with our new house. The frig side was so narrow, I had to scrunch my shoulders together to reach items in the back. Was tired of the door bumping back on my arm (chilly!) every time. Worse, the door "hesitates" to close (requires a distinct shove to fully close it), which I learned the hard way. In a rush, I left B4 ensuring it had closed and came back four hours later to find the frig door gaping open & $500 of my little boy's insulin warm (& thus ruined), not to mention our groceries were spoiled as well. After only a month of owning it, we were disgusted, bought a French door frig to replace it & will donate this to Habitat for Humanity.

Roomy without being huge

I absolutely love this refrigerator! Just moved from a house with a huge Whirlpool refrigerator that took up a lot of space. This one seems to store the same amount of food and does not dominate all the space in the kitchen. I really like how the door shelves are adjustable, so you can fit various items in the door. The reason it got 4 instead of 5 stars is that it was delivered missing the bottom shelf in the right door, so we are losing that storage space. Another drawback is the stainless steel is not finger print resistant. Personally, I wish they only offered fingerprint resistant stainless steel bc no one wants to be cleaning fingerprints off all the time, especially with three kids under the age of 4.

Died after 1 month

New unit nightmare 12/8/2020

Closed on new construction home October 28th 2020. This Fridge was apart of the appliance package for the home, Saturday morning dec 5th 2020 the fridge started leaking water from the ice melting. Unfortunately there was no one available to take calls from customer service. Checked temp setting and they were all still at the preset recommended temps. Actually temp had jumped to 34° freezer and 48° fridge. Today is Dec 8th 2020 and I am still waiting on some type of support that actually corrects the issue at hand.I have a 1 year old daughter and I had to trash all the food in the fridge, this includes her milk, meals fruits and snacks. The temp is now in the 70° range and it's empty. Customer service expects me to order take out till at least the 21st of the month before they'll get a technician over. A brand new unit shouldn't need "repairs" this is completely unacceptable

We bought this new GE refrigerator two years ago. Now, the handle just broke. The connection part for the handle and the body is just a low quality plastic material.

Great so far!

I have had this fridge for about three weeks now. So far I love it. The water and ice dispenser is great. The filter is located in the fridge and seems easy to change. There is a lot of space in both the freezer and fridge. I really like how the tray under the ice dispenser comes out for easy cleaning if you spill water. This fridge came with my newly built house and I was very excited for it.

Lots of Door 'Pockets'; Wine Bottles Can Stand Up

I like all the door pockets' and the range of adjustability. I especially like the existing height of the lowest pocket, as there is vertical space for opened bottles of Martinelli's Sparkling Cider, and some wines. There are enough adjustment options for the refrigerator shelves, though I haven't needed to change anything. My only concern, now resolved, was that the freezer and refrigerator temperature settings should be displayed at all times above the water and ice dispenser. Because I thought they were supposed to display always, I thought there was something wrong that had to be repaired too soon after I moved into my new house. Now I understand that the figures only show when they're being adjusted with the up/down arrows.

The refrigerator works great looks beautiful. I would like for it to have more space especially the freezer side but overall it does the job. The ice machine takes a bit longer to make more ice.

This refrigerator is pretty quiet compare with Frigidaire 2 doors one. I don't like freeze side it only has one bucket. Water comes out slow. I don't know it is refrigerator problem or because of my water pressure. Overall, it is good buy.

FREEZER LIGHT PROBLEM $$

Freezer light no longer operating after only 1 1/2 yrs of ownership. Replacement part is $60.50. This is exorbitant and manufacturer should provide light for $6.50 if not free. Expensive purchase refrigerator should have much better product support. I will revise this review if the company contacts me to remedy this problem.

This is a good looking refrigerator. However the refrigerator part doesn't seem to keep cold. My ice cream also is not frozen. We have the freezer said zero and refrigerator sit at 40 degrees.
