Our Frigidaire Dishwasher with EvenDry System looks great in our new kitchen! It is so quiet when running and cleans everything well. Having a second basket for silverware is a bonus. My only concern is the basket can interfere slightly with rolling the dish basket back into the dishwasher.

Replacing the previous version

The previous pro model was great for about 5 years until it started throwing error codes. We like the aesthetic, so we decided to replace with the new model from the same line. All is well so far, but I think that it should reach the 10 year mark without problems to really live up to the name, and that remains to be seen.

This machine is very quiet and really does do a good job of cleaning dirty dishes. Normally, you have to clean the dishes before you put them in the machine. We tested it a couple of days ago, and the machine got pots, pans and plates with a little debris on them all clean. Impressive.

Getting it Done

In the past we haven't been a family that uses the dishwasher often, but after a kitchen remodel we added this new dishwasher and it has been a real nice addition. We haven't over used it, but we are definitely taking advantage of not having to do the dishes every night and it has been working very well. No issues at all with it.

Outside looks awesome. Very pleasing to the eye.. Performance not so hot. Top utensil rack hard to load and utensils feel greasy and do not get clean. Top rack a true waste of space. No space for pots on the bottom rack and plates fall forward due to no good place to hold them up.

Broke on day 1 / doesn't dry the dishes

Dishwasher stopped working on the first day. The control board freezes. In addition, it doesn't dry the dishes. You will have to hand dry. We bought the professional series oven, fridge and dishwasher, we are dissapointed. Please don't patronize me with how to load the dishwasher or tips and techniques to ensure the dishes are dried.

Top Utensil Rack Does Not Pull Out

One of the reasons I bought this dishwasher was for the top utensil rack. Once it was installed, I was excited to use it but the top utensil rack does not pull out all the way. Since it was under warranty, we called the repairman but he couldn't fix it either. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed with this machine and now I have to get a new one all over again.

This washer is very quiet and has a few neat adjustments like being able to raise or lower the top shelf as needed. I love the blue light that indicates dirty and the green for clean. The only drawback is the cycle takes 2 hours.

Lower Basket issues and Beeping

Dishwasher looks great and I love the light coming out of the bottom that tells you when the cycle is going and when it ends. Very Quite. A lot of adjustments and gagets in with that allow a multitude of glasses to be secured and cleaned. But,,, the bottom basket is not as smooth rolling back and forth as I believe it should be and it falls out of wack every once and a while.that causes you to have to bend over and use two hands to right the basket. With the bottom two issues I have to give this a 3.
